Clear Glass Bottles

Whole or broken, must be clean, without residue or stickers. Limited recyclability.

Assorted Bottles

Includes condiment jars, skincare & makeup bottles, perfumes, medicine bottles. Limited recyclability

Ceramic and Porcelain

Dinnerware & kitchenware (mugs, plates, trays, cooking pots). Home décor, figurines, statues, jars & pots, granite, jalousies, mirrors. Limited recyclability.

Pulverized Glass, Ceramic or Porcelain

Must be segregated per classification (white vs. colored). Remove all stickers, labels, and residue before pulverizing. Store in reusable sacks for proper handling.

Preparation for recycling glass

  • Identify the local bottles from internationally produced ones.
  • Sort the glass bottles by color (clear, brown, green).
  • Remove any caps, lids, or corks from the glass bottles.
  • Empty the bottles of any liquids or contents. Rinse them if necessary.
  • Avoid breaking the glass bottles, as shattered glass can pose safety risks.
  • Pack in boxes or sacks for easier handling
